About James B Aronoff

James B Aronoff is a partner in the real estate group at Thompson Hine and chairs the real estate capital markets practice. A former partner-in-charge of the Cleveland office, Jim regularly represents and advises REITs and real estate equity funds in transactions and evaluations of internal structures to maximize shareholder and investor value. Jim lectures frequently and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and a former chair of its Decisions Committee. He also serves on the SEC Subcommittee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
