Roman Picherack is a partner in the global debt finance practice at White & Case, based in Sydney. Qualified in New York and English law, he advises private equity funds, private credit funds, global financial institutions and corporations on domestic and cross-border leveraged financing transactions. He advises on a range of structures and has particular experience in unitranche, syndicated term loan B, APAC distributed term loan A, high-yield/super senior RCF, first lien/second lien and distressed and special situation credit financings.
