Riccardo Sgrò is a partner in the restructuring and insolvency practice at Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Milan. He advises financial institutions, distressed debt funds and corporates on debt restructuring transactions, both in and out of court, as well as in insolvency proceedings. He regularly assists creditors and debtors in complex reorganisation plans, restructuring agreements and judicial compositions with creditors, with a particular focus on situations involving business continuity, turnaround transactions and distressed M&A.
