About Wulf Kring

Wulf Kring is a counsel in the Tax department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He focuses on advising private equity firms, venture capital funds and corporate clients on M&A transactions and tax-oriented restructurings, as well as on fund-related tax aspects (including the structuring of investment funds and carried-interest structures). Wulf also has significant experience in capital markets transactions and the tax structuring of investments into German real estate.
