Charlie Caher is a partner in the international arbitration group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr Caher’s international arbitration practice includes representation in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations (including under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIS, PCA and UNCITRAL rules) sited in both common and civil law jurisdictions (including London, Bermuda, Munich, The Hague and Singapore). Mr Caher’s international commercial arbitration practice covers a wide range of industries, including construction, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, aerospace and energy. Mr Caher is an adjunct professor at the Pepperdine Law School’s London campus, where he teaches the International Commercial Arbitration course. Mr Caher has gained his Higher Rights of Audience and is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings). Mr Caher is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the London Court of International Arbitration (Young International Arbitration Group) and Young-OGEMID. He has authored several chapters in industry publications.
