About Sam Winter-Barker

Sam Winter-Barker is a senior associate in WilmerHale’s international arbitration practice group. Mr Winter-Barker has advised states, state entities, companies and high net worth individuals on commercial and investment arbitrations under a variety of rules, including ICC, ICSID, PCA and UNCITRAL rules. Mr Winter-Barker also has experience in enforcement and attachment and other proceedings in English and US courts. Mr Winter-Barker also has public international law experience, including matters relating to the law of the sea. Mr Winter-Barker is a member of the Blockchain Lawyers Forum Specialist Arbitrator List. He is also a member of Young ITA, NYIAC and the LCIA.
