About Daniel Stabile

Daniel Stabile is one of the pioneering attorneys in the blockchain and digital assets sector, advising many of the leading digital asset businesses with respect to their most consequential controversy and regulatory matters. He is a co-founder and co-chair of Winston’s Digital Asset Group. Since 2018, Daniel has taught a popular course on digital asset regulation at the University of Miami Law School, and co-authored Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology: US Law and Regulation (Elgar 2020), which is taught at numerous law schools. He is recognised as a leading digital assets attorney by Chambers USA.
