Drew Hinkes
focuses his practice on regulatory matters related to digital assets. He has advised various law reform organisations including the Law Commission of England and Wales, the Uniform Law Commission and UNIDROIT on digital asset-related matters. Andrew co-authored Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology: US Law and Regulation (Elgar 2020), a textbook focused on digital asset regulation, and teaches courses related to digital assets at the NYU School of Law, NYU Stern School of Business and Florida State College of Law.
