Kimberly Prior
is a co-founder and co-chair of Winston’s Digital Assets Group. She has been advising blockchain and digital asset companies for over a decade with respect to securities, banking and other financial regulatory considerations, transactions, fundraising and general corporate matters. Kimberly also counsels traditional financial institutions with respect to digital asset products and services. Since 2018, she has taught a popular course on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets at the University of Miami School of Law, and co-authored Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology: US Law and Regulation (Elgar 2020), which is taught at numerous law schools.
