About James Ross

James Ross is a partner in the tax team at Winston Taylor. He advises on a broad range of tax matters (both advisory and transactional), including the structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions, advising US-based clients on the structuring of acquisitions and inward investments in the UK and Europe, corporate restructuring matters, including financing and intellectual property holding structures, and assisting clients in relation to tax authority enquiries and audits. James has a particular focus on cross-border work. He works with a wide range of clients from large multinationals and private equity funds to privately held companies, family offices and private clients.
