Drew Reitz is counsel at Pillsbury Law’s Northern Virginia office. His practice focuses on trusts and estates, as well as on corporate matters. He advises high-net-worth clients in preparing detailed estate plans that reflect their family objectives and are transfer-tax efficient. He routinely advises on complicated gift and estate taxation matters, and he has implemented sophisticated estate plans including intentionally defective grantor trusts, preferred partnership freeze vehicles, charitable trusts and Qualified Small Business Stock transactions.
