Paul J. Fraidenburgh is managing partner of Pillsbury’s San Diego office and a seasoned trial lawyer who regularly serves as lead counsel in complex, high‑stakes litigation and arbitration. He advises clients in commercial disputes involving corporate governance, fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and contract claims, frequently acting as first‑chair trial counsel in state and federal courts. Paul has represented clients before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and state supreme courts.
