Andrea Calla is a senior associate in the Abu Dhabi office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm’s oil and gas, energy and infrastructure, projects and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Andrea’s practice focuses on advising corporations, financial institutions and government-related entities on a range of energy and infrastructure-related transactions, with a primary focus on upstream, midstream, downstream sectors, greenfield project development, renewables and transitional energy, as well as broader corporate matters. Andrea is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
