About Armando Albarrán

Armando Albarrán is the partner in charge of Gibson Dunn’s Madrid office and a member of the firm’s M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets practice groups. He advises financial sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with extensive experience in equity capital markets, including IPOs, capital increases, accelerated bookbuilds and other equity offerings, as well as public and private M&A. Armando has advised on many significant transactions in the Spanish market. He is ranked Band 1 by Chambers for Capital Markets: Equity in Spain and is admitted to the Madrid Bar.
