About Brad McCormack
Brad McCormack
is of counsel in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practises in the tax controversy and litigation practice group. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Brad was a Senior Technical Reviewer at the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International), where he handled numerous complex tax controversy cases, principally in the area of transfer pricing. He was also one of the principal drafters of the final regulations concerning the Section 250 deduction for Foreign-Derived Intangible Income, among other Tax Cuts and Jobs Act-related guidance.
