About Renad Younes

Renad Younes is the partner in charge of the Abu Dhabi office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm’s oil and gas, energy and infrastructure, projects and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Renad advises governments, corporations and financial institutions on complex M&A transactions and greenfield project development, as well as routinely advising on outbound investments into Europe and the USA. Renad’s deep sector knowledge also enables her to frequently advise on large-scale, agenda-setting projects that are followed by IPOs, equity offerings and debt offerings to achieve successful and strategic capital raisings. Renad is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
