About Vlad Zinovyev

Vlad Zinovyev is a corporate Associate in the Abu Dhabi office and a member of the Energy and Infrastructure and Power and Renewables Practice Groups. Vlad focuses on project development, construction and operation, corporate and project M&A, and equity and debt offering transactions in the United States and in the Middle East. He has advised sovereign states, government-owned entities, public and private companies, and financial institutions in connection with projects and transactions across the renewable and conventional energy, transportation infrastructure, metallurgy and mining sectors. Vlad is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in England and Wales.
