About Christopher Harris
Christopher Harris
is the global vice chair of Latham & Watkins’ Litigation & Trial Department and head of the firm’s Bankruptcy Litigation & Creditors’ Rights Practice. His work focuses on insolvency litigation, fraud and other business torts, including in the cross-border context, and disputes regarding credit agreements and related securities. Christopher has served as lead trial counsel in many of the largest bankruptcies nationwide, and as a faculty member for the Federal Judicial Center, instructing new federal bankruptcy judges on discovery issues. He holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from Harvard University. He is admitted to practise in New York and California.
