About Leah Friedman
Leah Friedman
is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department, where she specialises in cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes. Her practice encompasses domestic and cross-border antitrust litigation, class action defense, complex commercial disputes, and international arbitration. Leah was educated at the University of Sydney and Harvard Law School, and served as a law clerk to Justice Michael Kirby of the High Court of Australia. She is admitted to practise in New York, and has served on the New York City Bar Association’s Litigation and Ethics Committees.
