Anne Jesudason is an associate in Mayer Brown’s restructuring and insolvency practice in Singapore. She acts for clients on financing matters, with a particular focus on complex corporate insolvency and restructuring situations. Anne has advised both creditors and debtors in various multi-stakeholder, cross-border debt restructuring processes across the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. She also advises financial institutions in a wide range of finance transactions, including distressed debt, commodity and structured financings.
