About Ben Snyder

Ben Snyder is a partner in the global leveraged finance and private credit group of Mayer Brown LLP. Ben has more than a decade’s experience representing institutional investors, alternative asset managers and banks in direct, club and syndicated financing transactions across a wide range of industries. Ben also represents corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in cross-border private credit and leveraged finance transactions. Ben has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and documenting acquisition financings, direct loans, unitranche facilities, liability management transactions and asset-based loan facilities.
