About Jason H.P. Kravitt

Jason H.P. Kravitt is the founder of Mayer Brown’s securitisation practice and was co-chair of the firm from 1998–2001. He has helped the firm’s clients create some of the most significant securitisation products used in capital markets today and is well known for being a co-founder of the securitisation industry’s original trade associations; leading industry groups in connection with new legislation or regulation; and helping to lead large securitisation transactions such as MLEC (USD100 billion) and Straight A funding (USD60 billion) and large RMBS mortgage litigation settlements such as the BofA/BNY Mellon USD8.5 billion settlement.
