About Carolyn Flanagan

Carolyn Flanagan maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with a focus on class actions and product liability litigation. Carolyn has worked on a number of antitrust/competition and product liability class actions, and regularly works on cases with complex multi-jurisdictional dimensions. She has represented Canadian and international clients across a wide range of industries, including banking, accounting, mining, pharmaceutical, automotive and manufacturing. Carolyn is also actively involved in pro bono work, volunteering as duty counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court Law Help Ontario clinic and the Pro Bono Ontario Legal Advice Hotline, and representing clients as part of The Advocates’ Society’s Consumer Protection Program. Carolyn is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
