About Claudia Feldkamp

Claudia Feldkamp is a nationally recognised lawyer by Chambers Canada in the area of business and human rights. Her practice at Fasken includes advising Canadian businesses operating in and abroad on how to manage the risk of human rights impacts on operations and supply chains, as well as guiding companies through mandatory reporting obligations. Claudia was the project co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Business and Human Rights Toolkit released in 2024. She holds a doctorate in law from Columbia University and an LLM in constitutional and EU law from the London School of Economics.
