About Curtis Stewart

Curtis Stewart is senior tax partner at the firm, specialising in tax litigation and tax dispute resolution. He has extensive experience dealing with federal and provincial tax authorities and conducting tax litigation in the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court of Canada. Curtis has defended criminal tax prosecutions before provincial courts and at the Court of Queen's Bench level and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. A member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, he is a sessional lecturer in tax law at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and has published numerous articles on the subject of taxation and tax litigation.
