Antonio Di Domenico
is a partner and co-leader of Fasken’s antitrust, competition and marketing group. He is a former counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition, and is widely recognised as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in competition law and litigation. Tony represents clients in domestic and multi-jurisdictional competition matters, including mergers, criminal cartel matters, consumer protection, abuse of dominance and other reviewable practices. He has extensive trial and appellate experience, having appeared as counsel before Canada’s Competition Tribunal, all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Tony is the author of Competition Enforcement and Litigation in Canada (Emond Publishing). He is an adjunct professor of law, teaching competition law and trial advocacy.
