Jenna’s practice focuses on all aspects of Canadian competition law, including mergers, advertising and marketing practices, abuse of dominance, criminal cartel matters and other reviewable practices. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Jenna served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Henry S. Brown of the Federal Court. Jenna is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Section and serves as a Young Lawyer Representative on the Consumer Protection Committee of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section.
