Nicole Park
is a corporate lawyer who has worked on and managed a variety of private M&As, involving both domestic and cross-border acquisitions. She also works on corporate reorganisations, corporate governance matters and private equity transactions. Nicole provides day-to-day advice on business partnerships, corporate finance matters and commercial agreements. She previously spent a year working as in-house counsel for TSX-listed Canadian Tire Corporation, which gave her significant experience in the retail sector.
