About Sarah Gingrich

Sarah Gingrich specialises in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Her notable experience includes domestic and international corporate finance, public and private M&A and private equity transactions. Utilising a practical and results-oriented approach to tackle complex legal issues, Sarah frequently acts on going-public transactions, plans of arrangement, amalgamations and take-over bids and provides strategic advice to management and boards of directors. In addition to her position as co-chair of Fasken’s capital markets and M&A group, Sarah is also a member of the Canadian and Calgary Bar Associations, Institute of Corporate Directors, Association of Women Lawyers, and the Alberta Securities Commission Advisory Committee.
