Sean Stevens is co-leader of Fasken’s national capital markets and mergers and acquisitions group. His practice is focused on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and infrastructure projects. Clients include public and private companies, private equity funds and their investors, business owners and project sponsors and financers.
