About Sean Stevens

Sean Stevens is co-leader of Fasken’s national capital markets and M&A group. His practice is focused on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and infrastructure projects. Clients include public and private companies, private equity funds and their investors, business owners and project sponsors and financers. Sean is a trusted adviser to several private equity and venture capital funds and provides strategic advice in connection with fund formation issues, negotiations with investors and ongoing governance matters, as well as on investments and dispositions by those funds.
