About Rachel Younan

Rachel Younan is a partner in Fasken’s Toronto office, where she provides practical and strategic advice and representation in the areas of labour, employment and human rights. Representing both unionised and non-unionised employers, Rachel advises on employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, workplace policies, departing employee litigation, human rights and accommodations, grievance arbitrations, labour relations and collective agreement interpretation.
