Rachel Younan is a partner in Fasken’s Toronto office, where she provides practical and strategic advice and representation in the areas of labour, employment and human rights. Representing both unionised and non-unionised employers, Rachel advises on employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, workplace policies, departing employee litigation, human rights and accommodations, issues arising from corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation matters, grievance arbitrations, labour relations and collective agreement interpretation.
