About Ralph Aziz

Ralph Aziz is a member of the corporate/commercial practice group at Fasken’s Montréal office. His practice covers all aspects of business law and is mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, as well as securities law. Ralph advises companies and institutional investors on the organisation of their business activities, as well as complex purchase, sale, merger, financing and restructuring operations, both nationally and internationally. He also represents issuers and brokers in their financing activities, whether through prospectuses or in the form of private placements.
