About Tracy Hooey

Tracy Hooey focuses on securities and M&A. She advises public and private clients on a range of transactional matters including securities offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, investment product structuring and stock exchange and securities law compliance matters. Tracy regularly advises clients regarding corporate governance matters including board practices and committee requirements and private company shareholder arrangements. She is vice-chair of Fasken’s Business Law Practice in Ontario and a member of the ESG and Sustainability practice, and was the lead author of Fasken’s 2025 ESG Disclosure Study.
