Sharon Singh is co-head of McMillan’s Indigenous and environment practice and is renowned for providing advice on sustainability, environmental, governance and Aboriginal law matters. Her perspective and approach are informed by over a decade of experience working with a multi-national mining company, allowing her to provide pragmatic, strategic and innovative solutions to proponents and operators. She has a proven ability to create and leverage collaborative relationships with Indigenous nations, local communities and regulators, including to implement ESG and corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance, diligence and reporting within organisations.
