He focuses his practice on shareholder activism, environment and social engagement, proxy contests, M&A, corporate governance and other activist engagements. Brandon received his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he won the John M. Olin Prize in Law & Economics, served as a fellow at HLS’s Program on Corporate Governance and was managing editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, and earned his BA, summa cum laude, from Lafayette College.
