is a special counsel in the investment management group of SRZ’s New York office. He focuses his practice on advising private investment funds and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, as well as on regulatory and compliance matters. He advises on all aspects of fund formation, including preparation of private placement memoranda, and preparation and negotiation of limited partnership agreements, side letters and review of documentation for compliance with SEC regulations. In addition, Daniel has recently represented a number of investment advisers in connection with GP-led secondary transactions.
