Benjamin W. Graham
is an associate at Williams & Connolly LLP and focuses his practice on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. Outside the firm, Ben is also a Visiting Clinical Lecturer at Yale Law School, where he teaches a seminar on Advocacy in International Arbitration. He has argued dispositive motions on behalf of clients in both state and federal court, and examined witnesses before judges, juries, and arbitrators.
