About Andreas Gunst

Andreas Gunst is head of the energy law practice at DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach. His practice areas encompass the entire energy value chain and electricity-generation projects from conventional and renewable energy sources, as well as related regulatory advice. Andreas acts as compliance officer for an Austrian transmission system operator and his clients include generators, energy traders, suppliers, banks, energy exchanges, market operators and industry organisations. He recently advised the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) on the drafting of the EFET corporate power purchase agreement, EFET European Energy Certificate System Certificate and National Scheme Certificate Master Agreement, EFET Biogas Certificates Single Trade Agreement, and the EFET UK Emissions Trading System Allowance Appendix.
