About Valentina Eigner

Valentina Eigner is a senior associate at DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach and is qualified in Austrian law. She advises national and international clients in the energy industry, with a focus on renewable energy. Her scope of services includes the drafting and negotiation of supply contracts – in particular, power purchase agreements – for renewable electricity, biogas and hydrogen, as well as certificates trade contracts (Guarantees of Origin, other renewable energy certificates such as I-RECs, and carbon credits). Valentina also advises on all regulatory aspects of Austrian and European energy regulatory law in addition to Austrian infrastructure and trade law.
