About Carol McDonald

Carol McDonald is a partner in the Cox Yeats property team. Carol completed her LLB summa cum laude at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and was awarded a prize for achieving the highest results in her graduating class. Carol was also awarded the Clarendon Scholarship to pursue a BCL degree at Oxford University. Carol is an admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer specialising in property and commercial law, as well as property lending and mining-related real estate. Carol serves on the KwaZulu-Natal Legal Practitioners Association and contributes to legal publications on real estate law. Carol was named a 2024 KZN Top Businesswoman.
