About Julian Reynolds

Julian Reynolds is an associate in the Cox Yeats Property team. Julian holds a BSocSci and LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and an LLM (with distinction) from the University of Cape Town, where he specialised in commercial law. Julian is an admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer. He has expertise in property law, corporate transactions and finance. Julian began his career in a top-tier firm’s technology and sourcing team, worked as in-house legal counsel at a major African bank and was seconded to one of the largest corporations in Africa, where he worked in the contracting and sourcing division.
