About Simone Gast

Simone Gast is a director in the disputes practice area at Werksmans. She is also admitted as a Notary Public in South Africa. She specialises in dispute resolution, High Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, unlawful competition (including enforcing of confidentiality and restraint of trade obligations) and ICT disputes. Simone also advises in matters involving cross-border disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments, and private international law. Simone holds a BA (cum laude) and an LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
