About Amanda Afeich

Amanda Afeich represents and advises a variety of clients at Borden Ladner Gervais and before all levels of courts in complex civil, commercial and public law disputes, including class actions, administrative, constitutional and human rights law cases. She also acts in recognition and enforcement matters, including enforcement of arbitral awards under the New York and Washington Conventions. Amanda’s litigation and arbitration practice is transnational and spans several industries, including broadcasting and telecommunications, financial services, aerospace, infrastructure, consumer products and entertainment. Before joining BLG, Amanda served as a law clerk at the Québec Court of Appeal for the Honourable Nicole Duval Hesler, then Chief Justice and the Honourable Guy Cournoyer.
