About Andrew Punzo

Andrew Punzo is a partner in the Toronto office of BLG. His practice focuses on surety and construction law. He advises and represents sureties, owners, contractors and other companies across Canada on bonding issues and bond claims; construction disputes and litigation; liens and lien litigation; drafting and negotiating contracts; and procurement and development issues. Andrew also lends his expertise by sitting on the Surety Association of Canada, Ontario Regional Committee and instructing the Construction & Surety Law course for the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding programme.
