About Gabriel Lefebvre

Gabriel Lefebvre a partner and the national sector lead for BLG’s construction group. Gabriel specialises in construction law and his practice focuses mainly on major infrastructure projects and contractor claims. He represents and advises owners, contractors and surety companies with regard to all aspects of the construction industry and engineers’ professional liability. Gabriel is particularly interested in questions related to claims for extras and impact costs, calls for tenders, guarantees, licensing and permit requirements, legal hypothecs and legislation applying to construction, such as the Building Act and the Act Respecting Contracting by Public Bodies.
