About Gabriel Lefebvre

Gabriel Lefebvre is a partner in the Montreal office of BLG. He focuses his practice on construction law, more particularly on contractors’ claims, infrastructure projects and engineers’ liability. He represents and advises property owners, contractors, sub-contractors, bonding companies and insurers in matters involving all aspects of the construction industry. Gabriel is particularly interested in questions related to claims for impact costs, calls for tenders, licensing and permit requirements and legislation applying to construction, such as the Building Act and the Act Respecting Contracting by Public Bodies.
