About Karine Fahmy

Karine Fahmy is a partner in the Montreal office of Borden Ladner Gervais and a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and arbitration practice groups. Karine represents clients in civil, commercial, and public law domestic and cross-border litigations and in commercial arbitrations. She also has significant experience seeking relief in aid of arbitration, including award enforcement against private parties and foreign states. Karine has represented a variety of clients in the aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, entertainment, and construction industries before all levels of courts and before internationally recognised arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL.
