About Philippe Boisvert

Philippe Boisvert is a partner in the Montréal office of Borden Ladner Gervais and a litigator who regularly represents clients before all judicial bodies in Québec, and before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. His practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border disputes, notably in the fields of construction, infrastructure and in the enforcement of arbitral awards in Canada. He has more than ten years’ experience in arbitration relating to infrastructure work such as nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, tunnels, roads, bridges, refineries and transportation infrastructure.
