About Trish Morrison KC

Trish Morrison KC is a partner and the national group head of BLG’s commercial and construction disputes practice. She provides strategic advice to owners, contractors, architects and engineers for the management of risk on construction projects, from project start to completion. Trish has extensive experience in the mediation, arbitration and litigation of complex construction disputes on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. She also advises on front-end project matters such as project delivery models, procurement, contracts and project advisory services. Trish is the Past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Trish is recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Construction in Chambers Canada.
