About Trish Morrison, KC

Trish Morrison, KC is a BLG partner and the national group head for commercial and construction disputes. She provides strategic advice to owners, contractors, architects and engineers for the management of risk on construction projects, from project start to completion. Trish has extensive experience in the mediation, arbitration and litigation of complex construction disputes on large-scale commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. She advises on front-end matters such as project delivery models, procurement, contracts and project advisory services. Trish is a past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Trish is recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Construction in Chambers Canada.
