She has acted for producers (oil and gas) and generators, midstreamers, power developers, power offtakers and service providers in a wide range of natural resource projects both in Canada and internationally. Hazel provides expert advice with respect to power development projects and transactions. Stemming from her regulatory practice, Hazel also advises commercial clients on the transactional and operational implications of the regulatory frameworks of the relevant industry.
